Synthesis
SFC has been operating a series of cutting-edge equipment of 100L~5000L for mass production that features a variety of technical options and safety functions which enable to respond to various types of reactions that often require extreme conditions.
Engineers at SFC are working tirelessly to produce ‘the best product with maximum efficiency’, which makes the SFC’s capability in synthesis one of the core competitive edges.

Sublimation
Sublimation requires different procedural know-how to handle the thermal stress that may be imposed to the materials from the increased loading and process time.
Diverse methods based on more sophisticated concepts are introduced, reflecting material characteristics such as stability, production rate and speed. Due to the technical advances, the performance of sublimation equipment is drastically being improved. Most of sublimation equipment used in mass production has inner tubes with a diameter of >200mm, and the tubes are on the trend of becoming larger. In general, the sublimation is performed in a clean room to prevent contamination.
